1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following situations:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The product is expired upon delivery (must be reported immediately).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used items.

Perishable items (e.g., dried vegetables, seafood, spices) unless damaged on arrival.

Items returned more than 48 hours after delivery.

5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process (if applicable).
